Pryde Pets began with a quiet frustration shared by many cat parents:
Why was it so hard to find cat furniture that supported a cat’s wellbeing and looked beautiful in the home?
Tired of clunky cat trees and uninspired designs, we wanted something better. Not just for aesthetics, but for the wellbeing of the cats we love so deeply. The kind of furniture that nurtures their natural instincts- climbing, perching, playing, resting - while blending seamlessly into the spaces we care for so thoughtfully.
So in 2023, our founding team - driven by a love for animals, design, and quality - set out to create a new kind of solution.
The result was the first Pryde Cat Climbers: modular, space-saving pieces crafted with care, designed to enrich cats’ lives while complementing modern interiors. Every detail - every curve, colour, and material - was carefully chosen with your cat in mind (and, let’s be honest, your Instagram grid too).
What started as a humble idea quickly transformed into a movement of cat lovers who care just as much about style as they do about snuggles.

From the start, it’s been a team effort: blending creative vision with strategic thinking, product design with practical problem-solving. Pryde Pets launched in Australia, and it remains - humbly and proudly - the heart and headquarters of our company. Today, we’re also chuffed to serve a global community of cat families who value the comfort of their cats as much as the character of their homes - a community that inspires everything we do.
